Richard Marsh, New York

I have no information about this New York firm. It was a publisher, bookseller and stationer in New York City between about 1851 and 1857. It also produced valentines. The company went out of business in 1857.

"Marsh's New Picture Books" included at least nine titles. All were anonymously written with the exception of Jack and the Bean Stalk. The exact year of publication is unknown but it had to be between 1851 and 1856.
