Reprints of this series' books were published by Thomas Y. Crowell & Company in 1883.
There are no dates on the title pages so the edition must be determined by the ads in the books.

Pebbled cloth. Brown. The earliest 1860 books have no ads in the back of the books. Later 1860 copyright books in this format have ads that can be used to help date the volume. The first editions of the 1860 volumes note C. A. Alford as the printer on the copyright page. Later editions have no printer listed or note C. S. Westcott & Co.
