All of these titles had been previously published by other
firms. Therefore, none are first editions.
This Lee and Shepard series was a begun in late 1865. Previously
between 1863-1865 Lee and Shepard advertised these six books as "Oliver
Optic's Library for Young People".
By September, 1865, the series was called the Boat Club Series.
