editions had been printed only in England. Each of these volumes are
multi authored with numerous short selections.

Cloth. Brown and red seen. Blindstamped. Embossed initials G & L on
the front cover with various cover patterns.
(A leather-bound copy has been seen. Whether this was the product of
the publisher of a subsequent owner is unknown.
