The Mershon Company published the first editions of volume #1 and #2. I am not certain if Chatterton-Peck Company or Stitt published the first edition of #3. The books were then reprinted by the Chatterton-Peck Company and then by Grosset & Dunlap.
The cover format is the same for all three titles.
