In the fall of 1870 volumes #1 and #4 were issued in uniform styles but not within this series.
These four titles were included in this series by Dodd & Mead in 1873. The series books' address was 762 Broadway.
The format shown below was initially used for the two books
written by Frances Eastwood. At this time I am not certain if it was
used for the entire series or not.
