In 1879 #7 was not in the A list and numbers 4 and 9 were not in the
B list.
In 1881 the list had all sixteen books noted above.
In 1882 books #1-6 in the A series and books #1-3, 5-9 in the B series were published in the Boys Own Favorite Series.
Books #1-3 and #4 from the B series were published in the Boy's Favorite Series in about 1892.
Three titles that were published before the Kingston books were
included in the two series noted above are shown here.
It is not known at this time whether the earlier Dutton Kingston books
all had unique covers or if there is some commonality to the books.
