Volumes #1-4 seen. It is uncertain yet whether title #5 was published
in this format.
Cloth. Orange and green seen. Black lettering and
illustration/decoration on the cover. Spine has gold letter block. 4"
x 7".
Format 2. (Dodd, Mead, & Co.)
First editions of #6 and 7 (and possibly #5) were published in this
format.
Cloth. Blue/green. Embossed cover decorations and lettering. Gilt
title on the spine. 7.25" x 5"
