Books that I have seen a title page date that corresponds to the copyright date and are thus first editions are shown above. Most likely all first editions have the copyright date as the imprint date on the title page.

Dated editions were published yearly between 1850-1857, 1859-1862. The later Clark & Maynard editions were not dated. A new edition was released by Clark & Maynard in 1875.

Clark, Austin & Co. (1850/1851) First editions.
Three formats: (No priority)
1. Cloth. Various colors. Blindstamped with embossed decoration and title in the center of the cover. 4.75" x 4".
2. Red boards. Yellow cover appliqué which is the same as the wraps' cover. 4.75" x 4".
3. Wraps. Heavy paper. Yellow. Unique cover picture for each title. 4.75" x 4".

Formats #2 and #3 volumes have a unique book appropriate cover picture.

Three formats. No priority
1. Cloth. Various colors. Blindstamped with embossed decoration and title in the center of the cover. 4.75" x 4".
2. Wraps. Heavy paper. Yellow. Unique cover picture for each title. 4.75" x 4".
3. Red boards. Yellow cover appliqué which is the same as the wraps’ cover. 4.75" x 4".
