Known series format books were published in 1863, 1864, 1866 and 1870.
The series books were co-published by Sheldon and Co. and Geo. S.
Blanchard between 1863 and 1871 and just with Sheldon and Company

A pre-series format 1861 book has G & L initials on the cover.
