Volume #4 was copyrighted in 1887 by Frederick A. Stokes. Interestingly a copy with White, Stokes & Allen at the base of the spine has been seen. Volume #5 was copyrighted by Frederick A. Stokes in 1887. Frederick A. Stokes & Brother published the first edition of volumes #6-10

Most likely in 1888. It is unlikely but possible that the first editions were also published in the style.


"Grover Cleveland" was also published in 1888 with paper covers and in wine colored vellum cloth.
The book in wraps has not been seen.
